CONTRACT PROPOSAL AND BILLING PROCEDURES

Please carefully review the following terms of our proposal and billing procedures.
We require an eight hundred dollar non refundable deposit to secure the date of your wedding and begin the design process. Due to time spent on planning and designing your wedding, the deposit  amount is not refundable for any reason.
You may purchase wedding insurance at www.wedsafe.com. This not only covers you in case of bad weather, but also protects your deposits, attire, photography and much more.
A deposit of half of the agreed proposal amount is due 60 days prior to the wedding date. This insures your order of specific flowers, ribbon and other supplies. After this time any changes made are subject to a 40% coordination fee. Any items that are deleted can be substituted but the amount will remain the same.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
Any items added or changes made after this date will be billed and due upon receipt.
We accept  checks or cash only.
All vases, containers, arches and lighting used for wedding belong to Everything Green Flowers unless stated otherwise in writing.
